Product Overview
Threaded water well drill pipe is produced by certified partner factories. This product transmits the drilling machine's torque to the bottom hole drill bit via lock joints while delivering drilling fluid.
The pipe body uses Baotou Steel STM-R780 (42MnMo7), a material with excellent fatigue resistance that is not prone to bending or breaking, providing stable and reliable performance. The pipe ends use medium-frequency heating and hydraulic upsetting processes, followed by 12-hour buried aging treatment to ensure pipe body density and significantly improve mechanical properties.
All threads are precision machined using imported CNC lathes and forming tools, ensuring tight and precise connection with lock joints.
