Product Overview
Geological exploration drill pipe is a professional tubular product used for mineral exploration and core drilling operations. Two end configurations are available: EU (External Upset) and IU (Internal Upset), both specifically designed to meet stringent geological drilling requirements.
Made from premium steel grades R780, G105 and S135, drill pipes offer excellent strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding fatigue resistance. Upset ends are processed using advanced hot forming techniques, followed by quench and temper heat treatment to ensure excellent mechanical properties and long service life.
Threads are precision machined on CNC equipment with strict tolerance control, ensuring leak-proof, anti-torque connections for reliable operation under the most demanding geological conditions.
