Working Principle
Air DTH Hammer Drilling
The DTH (Down-The-Hole) hammer uses compressed air to drive the hammer mechanism directly at the bottom of the hole. This method provides high impact energy and efficient rock breaking, especially suitable for hard formations.
Mud Circulation System
For unstable formations or when higher drilling stability is required, the mud circulation system can be used. The mud pump circulates drilling fluid to cool the drill bit, carry cuttings to surface, and stabilize the borehole wall.
Applications
- Agricultural Irrigation Wells - Deep irrigation wells for crop cultivation in arid regions
- Livestock Watering Wells - Consistent water supply for pastoral areas
- Rural Water Supply - Clean groundwater access for communities
Geological Suitability
The SZH-250 drilling rig is suitable for various geological formations:
- Alluvial layers and sand-gravel formations
- Clay and silt layers
- Weathered rock formations
- Fractured bedrock
