Mature ProductFull Hydraulic Head Water Well Rig
Hydraulic system drives the power head, achieving real-time infinite adjustment of drilling parameters. Hydraulic transmission is smooth, speed regulation range is wide, and automation level is high - this is the current mainstream technical route for international water well rigs.
Product Overview
Full hydraulic head drive water well rig adopts hydraulic transmission technology. The engine drives the hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil is transmitted through pipelines to various execution elements (hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders), and finally drives the power head and other working mechanisms to complete drilling operations.
Compared with pure mechanical transmission, the hydraulic system can achieve infinite adjustment and automatic control of drilling pressure, with high operational comfort. Drilling parameters (rotation speed, feed rate, mud pump flow) can all be precisely controlled through hydraulic handles, making it the mainstream technical direction of modern water well rigs.
Infinite Speed Regulation
Hydraulic system achieves infinite adjustment of drilling parameters, can be adjusted in real-time according to formations
Overload Protection
Hydraulic system has built-in overload protection, preventing drill tools and equipment from damage due to unexpected overload
Comfortable Operation
Cabin/operation room integrated control, low labor intensity for operators
Fast Response
Hydraulic action responds quickly, drilling parameter adjustments take effect in real-time
